Local Euro MP wants a copy of the EU Constitutional Treaty in all libraries in the East Midlands

Local Lib Democrat Euro MP Bill Newton Dunn has written to the Minister for Europe

Denis MacShane asking that all libraries in the East Midlands should have at least one copy of the EU Constitutional Treaty for the public to refer to.

Bill said "I have had many complaints from people that there are no copies available in local libraries. The referendum could be less than a year away and people want to know what the story is at first hand. I am writing to the Minister for Europe Denis MacShane asking for him to make sure that all libraries in the East Midlands have at least one copy of the EU Constitutional Treaty as soon as possible."
